As You Wish Pottery is one of the premier pottery painting studios in the country. As You Wish first opened its doors in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1995 and has since grown to four successful studios with more on the way. We truly believe that your experience at As You Wish is as much about the quality time you spend with family, friends or by yourself as it is about the piece of pottery you take home.

Pottery Workshops
La Meridiana organizes residential Ceramic Courses and
Pottery Workshops of one or two weeks since 1981. They are thought for beginners, advanced and professional potters.
The topics treated are various and refer to all the ceramic processes: hand building, throwing, trimming, decorating, study and application of glazes and the various firing techniques (majolica, raku, high temperature, salt & soda, wood, etc).
The Ceramic School is set in a restored 15th century farmhouse, in the centre of Tuscany, land of Etruscan and Roman culture, medieval architecture and renaissance splendour. Our goal is to offer a facility dedicated to a continual education in the ceramic art, a meeting ground in a place rich in Italian culture.
Ceramic Courses
Pietro Elia Maddalena studied ceramics at the West Surrey College of Art & Design in England. After two more years of work at Dartington Workshop, he returned to Italy where in 1980 he established a studio and founded La Meridiana, the International School of Ceramics in Tuscany.

All Fired Up! is an art gallery and ceramic studio in Chico, California. We offer monthly studio membership and walk-in rates. All Fired Up also hosts birthday parties, “Wild Women” nights, and private night lessons for you and your special someone.

Studio 4 Art has a drop-in studio for people of all ages. Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00 and Thursday’s open until 8:00. Drop-in studio also available Saturday’s from 3:00-6:00.

Medalta International Artists
nvited guest artists work side by side with participants in an environment that supports all aspects of the creative process. This is an opportunity to share studio space, experience, thoughts and ideas while working essentially independently. It may be a time to review past work, establish new directions, enhance a portfolio or reinvest energy through uninterrupted time. Each ceramic artist who attends takes away from the experience a better understanding of the legacy of clay that the Medalta Potteries and Hycroft China have given us.
